How to Cancel
Cancellations are allowed if the item hasn’t yet been shipped or produced. We’ll issue a full refund upon cancellation. Shipped orders can’t be cancelled.

Return Instructions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Don’t forget to include proof of purchase. Do not return to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs apply only once, even on returns. No restocking fees apply.

Refund Approval
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
